【 Product Features 】
With the closed circulation of white water in the paper machine system, the fine fibers, starch hydrolyzate and other organic substances in the white water breed a large number of anaerobic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, etc. Their presence causes the white water to ferment, sour, stink and deteriorate the paper. In order to better ensure the quality of paper and improve the workshop production environment. Our company has developed a deodorant with deodorizing, decolorizing and cleaning functions. It is highly efficient, low-toxic and pollution-free, and is suitable for acidic and neutral papermaking, industrial circulating water and other fields.
【 Dosage and usage】
The general dosage is about 300 grams per ton of absolute dry paper, and 2-4 grams per cubic meter of white water; the specific dosage should be determined according to the customer’s requirements. Depending on the pulping process, continuous dripping or intermittent addition can be used. The specific instructions are subject to the on-site guidance of our technical personnel.
【Packaging】
Use 25 kg, 200 kg non-toxic plastic barrels or package according to customer requirements.
【Precautions】
1. Deodorant is a Class II corrosive chemical and should be avoided from direct contact with the eyes! Once in contact, rinse with plenty of water immediately without delay! Do not contact with the skin for a long time (about 1 minute), and wear protective equipment during operation.
2. This product is prohibited from direct contact with acidic and reducing substances.
