【 Product Features 】
KCD-4388 wet ground calcium carbonate dispersant is a modified low molecular weight Sodium Polyacrylate dispersant, which can effectively adsorb on the surface of pigment particles to reduce the interfacial free energy, and the generated electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance can make the particles stably exist in suspension state, thus maintaining the fluidity and stability of the slurry. At the same time, the mechanical shear force can be efficiently transferred to the particles, reducing the time and energy required for the dispersion process, thereby increasing the grinding efficiency and improving the production capacity or obtaining a higher quality slurry under the same preparation conditions.
KCD-4388 wet ground calcium carbonate dispersant is widely used for grinding and dispersing heavy calcium carbonate at all levels, and has strong adaptability to water quality, temperature, pH, etc., which can effectively reduce slurry viscosity and improve fluidity, prevent particle settlement, agglomeration and improve stability, especially for slurry with high solid content and high shear force.

【 Note 】
- It is recommended to formulate the “viscosity – concentration curve” or “viscosity – shear stress curve” of the slurry before use to determine the best use amount;

- This product is anionic, so it should not be shared with cationic chemical additives;
- Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent freezing and exposure;
